During this episode, you’ll hear how Wendy Binns and her husband, Jeremy, did both — design and planning — and grew their wedding business into a sought-after, in-demand hot commodity for Tennessee weddings and special events.

Like many of us, Wendy is a perfectionist, so it is no surprise that she initially created her wedding business around this need for perfection.

Thankfully, Wendy and Jeremy now share all they know about wedding design and decor — ceiling draping, centerpieces, lighting, and more — as part of their comprehensive wedding design training program, Event Pro Training.  Training is offered online in the form of several video tutorials and the form of hands-on wedding design workshops held throughout the year in the Tennessee, USA, area.

By the way, I have to add that despite the success of her wedding business, Wendy knows firsthand the need for balance in our lives.  Often we get so caught up in what we’re trying to accomplish in the name of success that it’s easy to lose focus of what’s truly important.

Listen, learn and enjoy! 🙂

  1. The interview with Wendy was very inspiring and I thoroughly enjoyed hearing about her humble beginnings. I definitely identified with her struggle concerning the “start up” of her business, many vendors in my area gave me similar treatment when I reached out to educate myself about their business. I believe the moral to this interview is to keep pushing through the barrier when it presents itself and use that roadblock to fuel the passion in your business. Thank you Wendy for graciously sharing your experience with us! And thank you Debbie for providing me tangible resources to excel in my business. Blessings to you both!

    1. Kay,

Thanks so much for your feedback. You’re absolutely right! You gotta keep going if this is what you truly want to do.
